Are You Licensed & Insured?

What Permits Does My Job Require? Will You Be Getting Them?

What Is Your Expected Pay Schedule?
- It is normal for a small deposit & up to 50% to be expected upfront. Be sure to find out before starting the project the full amount due and when it is due.
Do I Provide the Appliances and Furnishings or Do You?
- Most of the time you will need to pick out and buy the appliances and furnishings for the project ahead of time. Items like the replacement shower, new tankless water heaters, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, refrigerators, etc. can be supplied by the plumbing contractor or yourself.
